A basic account lets you look properly. A trade account lets you buy. Most people start with the first and upgrade once a project is real.

What your price actually depends on
Three things, in this order: which collection the pattern sits in, how many rolls are on the order, and which tier your account is on. That's all.

Short version
Can I buy less than a full roll?
Not on this website. Bodaq US Partial Rolls (bodaq.us) cuts partial rolls to length and will also coordinate an installer: that is what it exists for.
Do you provide installation, or installers?
No. Bodaq USA Wholesale is wholesale only: we ship rolls, we do not put them on walls. bodaq.net runs the certified installer network and handles project management.
What are your payment terms?
First order is prepaid. Net 30 is available on trade accounts after three settled orders, subject to a credit check. Distributor terms are set in the agreement.
Can I return film I over-ordered?
Unopened, undamaged full rolls in original packaging, within 30 days, with an RMA number, subject to a restocking charge and return freight at your cost. Opened rolls and special-order patterns are not returnable.
Is the pattern I order the same as the sample I saw?
Same SKU, yes, but dye lots vary slightly between production runs, as with tile or carpet. Order the whole job in one go where you can, and tell us if a later order must match an earlier one.
Do you sell outside the United States?
Not from here. Canada is nelcos.com, out of Burnaby and Toronto. Everywhere else, start at bodaq.com.
Can I get a printed catalog?
One per account, per year. All patterns with full technical data are on this site, free and always current. The Bodaq Catalog 2026/2027 PDF is free to download.
